All CAA Club Group Associates are welcome to place individual orders on this site.  For large-scale promotional or group orders please follow current purchasing policies and approval steps.

 

What if the clothing colour or style is not in stock?

When a style or colour is not available we will substitue to a comparable garment.

 

What if I don’t see an item (or colour) that I want on this site?

The collection of products featured on the Branded Merchandise eStore is a small cross section of promotional products that are available to you.

How do I know if my order has been received?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

 

What if I need an item delivered by a certain date?

If you require a certain date please specify in Order Comments on the Payment Method page.


Can I return an item if the size is wrong?

Due to the on-demand production of the custom logo merchandise, we cannot accept returns due to incorrect sizing. We do accept returns for defective or broken merchandise. Please contact Talbot (Karen) for instructions on how to initiate a return. Please refer to the sizing chart of each item for fit details prior to ordering clothing.
